Our website is provided solely for your personal use , If you do not agree with our Terms and
Conditions please stop using the Lucy & Walter website immediately.

Your GDPR rights
We really care about our customers privacy. Lucy & Walter only gather information that you, the
customer provide us with . We store your name, email address & home address via Woo Commerce so that we can contact you in case of product price error or delivery delays. When you make a payment via our website, your credit card details are never saved. Once you are
ready to make a payment you are redirected to Paypal or our other payment gateway Stripe.
You have the right to request that any information you gave us during your ordering process be
deleted, You can do this by emailing us at [email protected].  Please note that we cannot delete your information before an order is shipped.

Product descriptions
Please note that we try out best to portray each product on our website to the best of our ability.  The colours, textures and descriptions are the best representation of each product we can offer at the time of sale.

Colours
We have made every effort to display each product with the most accurate colouring possible.  As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer and monitor, we cannot guarantee that your computer and monitor’s display of any colour will be as accurate.

Prices
All our prices include Vat, where applicable. All pricing is accurate at the time of entering it into the system. We reserve the right to change pricing and services without notice. If for any reason, there is an error, We will contact you with the contact information you provided and we will offer you the option of continuing with your order at the new price or to cancel your order.  All prices are in Euro, including VAT. If you are resident outside the Republic of Ireland and require delivery, you are responsible for the additional taxes and customs fees according to your country’s policy. Our pricing in relation to items purchased under €70 to Ireland does not include free shipping.

Delivery
We use An Post for our deliveries. The customer has the option to choose standard postage or express postage for an additional charge. Charges outside of Ireland will vary.  Please note that it is only with Express Postage that you will be issued with a tracking number. We always make an effort to post each order within 1-2 days , During our busier periods please allow up to 7 days.

Orders
After each order is made a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note, it is only if you have opted for the Express delivery that you will be issued with a tracking number in this email.

Return Policy
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase , You have the right to exchange for another item or get a full refund within 10 days of Purchase to the postage address given.

We kindly ask that items being returned are still in their original packaging, original condition, garment tags & labels are still attached and that they are unused. If we receive returns that are not in the condition mentioned, we can not offer a refund or exchange. Exceptions will be made if there is a fault with the item. When returning an item please let us know in advance as we will offer a refund on the cost of all returns.
